About Ai Kihara (Director of Hana Counselling and Education.Ltd)
Ai is an ACC Registered Trauma (Sexual Abuse) Therapist, NZCCA qualified counsellor and social worker (Registered in Japan) Ai can undertake counselling in either English or Japanese. Ai works with group and individuals including, adults, children and adolescents.
Intervention: Person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Transition Analysis, Art therapy, Morita therapy and Naikan therapy.
Completed Master of Counselling at the University of Auckland in 2018.

ACC counselling service, Triple P
Expert area: Sexual abuse, child abuse, DV, mental health and addiction, drug, alcohol, tobacco, cross-culture, LGBTQIA+, loss &grief and trauma. Ai has also had a Triple P certificate and can provide parenting advice.
Charges
$100 per session,WINZ and ACC subsidies available.
